Description:
This is the custom user interface for the CMT mod. This is not needed to play the mod.

The people at the Custom Map Team have created an awesome total conversion of Halo PC to Halo CE. They converted the entire campaign, added things such as the Halo 3-styled assault rifle, silenced weapons, new pelicans, warthogs, and a drivable wraith. There are new models and textures for the Chief, other characters, and items. This mod also uses the original xbox shade rs and looks great from the screenshots. The installation instructions can be viewed here

	Readme File: The file accompanied in this package, ui.map, is the user interface (main menu) for the Halo CMT mod on Halo Custom Edition. To install, drag and drop ui.map to your Custom Edition maps folder. The typical location is: "C:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/Halo Custom Edition/maps". ooh a campaign menu...must be for the CMT maps Two Thumbs Up!

hi i have downloaded the file but where do i put it i have no map folder

this is for dodgeball. go to your desktop and press start then my computor the c drive, double click program files then double click microsoft games and then double click halo custom edition then double click maps and place in there

if you cannot play halo, say you replaced a map or moddd it just reinstall the game.

if halo custom edition is not there you need to download it plus when go to click on halo custom edition it will say halo CE Two Thumbs Up!

i have looked 4 it but when i go into my games and then halo ce there is no file named map

just look at the installation instructions... there is a link in the preview.

ok lol i had to reinstall coz of dis (my own stupidity) DO NOT put in the normal halo maps folder or u will hav to reinstall halo ut it in halo ce maps

I MOVED IT 2 THE MAP FILE BUT STILL NOTHIN HAPPENDED THE MENU WAS THE SAME THEN I DECIDED 2 DELETE THE FILE UI.MAP THEN I TRYED AGAIN BUT THE GAME DID T START. HELP PLZ!!!!! confused

Ok i downloaded their pack the 800mb one but how do i load game i dont get enough time to finish a whole level how do i load my saved games??? I was hoping they would put the missions back and they did big grin

4 every1 who needs help do this....(in order)
1. first download(duh)
2.download winzip or winrar for extraction(web:www.winzip.com)
3.extract the file into the maps folder in the halo ce folder(when u open the folder 'halo ce' there should be another folder called 'MAPS'-place it there in maps folder) u must extract usin winzip/winrar.
4.wen u put the file in the maps folder-it should say to overwrite somethin-clck yes.
5.make sure in the end tat this file name is'ui.map'.if it is thats mean u got it rite

u should be able to understand this.if u dont uhh... ask some1 who is smarter then me

kk listen carefully...
1. play the level
2.wen u want to save open menu and click 'save last checkpoint'
3.enable the console-to do this go to the halo ce shortcut and change the 'target line' dont delete any text! just add '-console' in the end of the sentace (if it dont work do a space then write it down)
4.load up da game
5.when the ui is loaded -click the button under the 'esc' button and above the tab. then the ui should freeze then it should say in pink 'halo' on the left rite corner of screen.
6.now,type in ... map_name
7.then in the end of 'map_name' do a space then type in the level ur were playin
8.example if ur playin the maw type in:'map name d40'

remember to save last checkpoint be4 quitin!
this should work and propaply will work.it's hard stuff 2 understand but if u read carefully u should get it...

Does anyone one have a version like this without the Custom Map Team Logo?

Update the link for the instructions, because I get a problem with loading error every time. Cry
